Our Caregivers

Our experienced staff are all adult active ladies & gentlemen who have been working as nurses for a minimum of 1 year and CNA's, HHA's & Caregivers for a minimum of 3 years. Many of our caregivers have 20 years experience in this field. 
 
We offer back-up personnel 24 hours a day, so there will never be a break-down in our client services.
 
Besides the expected characteristics needed (skills, dependability, competency, honesty and professionalism), our staff are compassionate. Caregiving With Love understands that each individual client will have different and unique needs. Therefore, we tailor our services to the individual client.
 
Every caregiver has been screened through AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration with fingerprints for a nationwide criminal background check utilizing the State of Florida Department of Law Enforcement for a criminal and abuse background. Furthermore, employment histories, driving histories and references are investigated and verified.
 
At Caregiving With Love, we understand and recognize the key elements needed to create a successful service. For instance, a crucial ingredient for achieving success in the medical caring and Caregiving industry is the bond and relationship between the client and caregiver. This is why we match personalities and needs efficiently. We want our clients to trust and genuinely like their caregiver.  As an added bonus, if the needs increase to need nursing or assistance with personal care--there is no need to change agencies or your caregivers (unlike most agencies that can't do any hands on care--only a Home Health Agency or Nurse Registry can do any hands on-be sure to check what type of license the agency has-if it's a Homemake Companion license-they cannot touch a client in any way). 
 

How it works

  • We conduct an initial assessment by a registered nurse (at no charge) in order to understand what your needs and wants are and a complete assessment of the client and home. We provide you with all the necessary information and answer any questions you may have.
  • If you decide that Caregiving With Love is a suitable service provider, we then meet with the individual for whom we will be caring for and the family member responsible for decisions (The claimed guardian).
  • After the introductory accessment with the client/patient, we can offer service within 48 hours. Many times we can provide service for you immediately - but we only promise what we know we can do.

Our Services & Specialties Include:

Private Duty Nursing Services (up to 24 hours per day on a short or long term basis, and may include Skilled, Personal Care, or Support Servicies.)

         PERSONAL CARE SERVICES:

  • SHOWERING:  Tub Baths & Bed Baths (sponge bath when you are not up for Shower or Tub Bath)
  • Assistance with Dressing
  • Preform grooming and shaving as requested or needed & Assistance with Personal Hygiene
  • Ambulation--help transfering from chair or whatever to & from wheelchair
  • Assistance with Wheelchairs, Walkers & Canes
  • Assistance going from one position to another
  • Assistance in and out of bed
  • Assistance with any needs with feeding and meals
  • Any needs with any toileting needs
  • Exercising with Active or Passive range of motion  
  • Regular supervision by experianced skilled Registered Nurse
  • Assistance with Complete planning, preparation & serving of well balanced nutritious meals & cleaning up after
  • Light House Cleaning
  • Assistance with remembering appointments and medications

          SUPPORT SEVICES:
